Are there items that can't be returned?

Due to their nature or hygiene restrictions, we cannot refund the following items:

• Hosiery
• Lingerie, intimates and undergarments
• Earrings and jewellery
• Surfboards
• Face masks
• Gift cards
• Wallpaper

Swimwear cannot be returned if hygiene seal is not intact, or if the item is assessed to be unfit for resale by CAMILLA for hygiene reasons. 

Items marked as FINAL SALE - NO EXCHANGES - NO RETURNS are not eligible to be returned or exchanged for any reason.
